Posh put five past Ian Atkins' struggling Torquay Utd side, adding insult to injury as he is set to be replaced by former Czech Republic international Luboš Kubík on Monday. Lee Mansell scored for the Gulls after only seven minutes, but with Shane Huke's first professional goal and former Posh loanee Lee Thorpe putting the ball into his own net Keith Alexander's side took control. Aaron Mclean scored his fourth goal in five games and Adam Smith, signed on Tuesday from King's Lynn, impressed after coming on for his competitive début.
