Posh slash ticket prices for the final game of the season and treat the fans to a goalfest. A mix-up between Craig Morgan and débutante Shwan Jalal gifts Rochdale a goal, but Darren Ferguson's men are awesome for the first hour, taking a 3-1 lead. George Boyd scores 2 headers to the delight of the visiting Stevenage Borough supporters and Danny Blanchett grabs his first league goal, but Craig Mackail-Smith misses 2 glorious opportunities when clean through. Chris Dagnall, however, quickly scores twice to level the score. The season ends on a sour note as Glenn Poole is assaulted by a drunk youth during a violent post-match pitch invasion.
