Gary Johnson becomes Posh’s fourth manager of the season; Leicester City all but secure their playoff place. Sergio Torres goes close, before Bruno Berner clears off the line from Craig Morgan’s header. The visitors take the lead late in the first half: Berner appears to foul Dominic Green, but Steve Howard plays on and his low shot goes in off the post. Ben Wright comes on in the second half and has an immediate impact, expertly passing Green’s ball into the oncoming Tommy Rowe, who puts it in the far corner. Leicester soon regain the lead, however, as James Vaughan knocks Paul Gallagher’s cross across the face of goal and Andy King nods home. Posh have a few further chances: Chris Weale denies Craig Mackail-Smith before Charlie Lee glances Rowe’s corner wide. Exodus Geohaghon denies Vaughan at the other end.
